David Guetta, pioneer of the French house, started off his career in the gay clubs around Paris’ Les Halles district, back in the mid 80’s. However, he really made a name for himself a decade later as the key catalist of Parisian nightlife. We are talking about memorable evenings in Folies Pigalle, Queen, Palace and Bataclan. In 2001, the rest of the world met David when he returned to his first love: making music. His first album, JUST A LITTLE MORE LOVE, crowned by the hit LOVE DON'T LET ME GO, was followed by F*** ME I’M FAMOUS: IBIZA DJ REMIX in 2003,which went gold in no time...and so did everything else David touched in the years to follow.
Last Tuesday, August 29th, David launched through Ministry of Sound, his new F***K ME I’M FAMOUS: PARIS, LONDON, IBIZA, MIAMI’ mix album, with three exclusive parties, hosted alongside wife Cathy, and friends Pete Tong and Jean-Paul Gaultier, and of course his latest hit, so rightfully named THE WORLD IS MINE.
