Ever since we first layed eyes on him, we fell in love with Joseph Sayers. Joe has made quite a career in modeling. After being discovered on Modellaunch.com in 2004, Joseph posed naked for the now legendary Abercrombie & Fitch Quarterly centerfold, which rocketed his career. Joseph Sayer’s flame lit the skies and started shining brighter and brighter over the past three years. His handsome face – and well defined body – has graced many international magazine covers, like refresh, PREF, Männer and Genre. When Joseph met New York photographer Joe Oppedisano, it brought a completely new dimension to his career, which, temporarily, ended with Joseph featuring in Joe’s successful photo book Testosterone, showing a sizzling masculinity that lifts him from being the smooth boy that he was in the beginning of his career, to the super hot male model he is right now.

Earlier this year, model site Connex24.7 and had a little chat with him. This interview appeared more then a year after the 3-part-conversation we had with Joseph, and is a great addition to learn what happened to him. Joseph talks freely about politics, sexual behavior and human rights ("Human rights? Do such things even exist anymore? If so, it appears that barely anyone is practicing them"), fans ("I personally don't feel that I deserve fans. I haven't enacted enough change or attained enough social status to effect large amounts of change"), staying in shape ("I am the last person you should be asking about fitness. I haven't worked out in two months and I look the same"), modeling ("Modeling was a stepping stone for me. I grew up fast, and I had to, living out in NYC at a very young age. The fact that I had to mature and I had to become not just older but wise has had a HUGE impact in various aspects of my life... family, friendships, school, work, etc..") and his career ("I am not out of modeling but I'm taking a break from it for now. I may return and give it another and more earnest shot, but right now, I feel that advancing my education is the best investment that I can make. I still have a project in the works. It's very exciting but it has been put on the back burner since my latest and highest priority is school"). Even though it has been quite for some time, Joseph is still there and who knows, maybe next year he will surprise us again. –B-
