OBSERVING PEOPLE IS A GREAT WAY TO GET TO KNOW THEM BETTER BEFORE EVEN BEING INTRODUCED TO THEM. HOW DO THEY ACT, WHAT DO THEY SAY, HOW DO THEY MOVE. TALKING TO DALE ROWSE YOU SOON REALIZE YOU ARE DEALING WITH A PERSON WHO HAS GREAT INTERESTS IN GRAPHIC DESIGN. BUT WHEN YOU SEE HIM MOVE, IT GIVES A VERY DIFFERENT MESSAGE. WHEN DALE MOVES HE DOES IT WITH AN ELEGANCE THAT ALMOST MAKE HIS FEET DON’T TOUCH THE GROUND. SEEING THAT YOU KNOW THERE IS MORE TO DALE THAN YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT AT FIRST GLANCE.
Empyrean Photography distinguishes itself with a unique style of physique photography that often shines with heroic drama or glows with erotic elegance. Andre Deloach, the man behind Empyrean Photography, states that everyone who regards upon the developed male body as an object of beauty can consider himself a friend of Empyrean Photography. Which makes us believe are placed along his closest friends. And that is a very warm and cosy place to be.
Andre Deloach sees himself as a sort of a hybrid. Having followed several photography classes he does believe that a good photographer is self-taught. Meaning that no matter how good you are trained to master the techniques, the real expression of the art should come from within yourself. Andre believes that what makes a good photographer is the ability to follow your inner vision. To shoot whatever gives pleasure and by doing so preserve your enthusiasm. For Andre this means that he wants to capture the beauty of the male body. With as ultimate goal that those who look upon his work come to realize that men at their core are unlimited sources of beauty. His work proofs this again and again.
Some time ago, after Andre Deloach moved to California, he met Dale Rowse and was captured by this mans casual elegance. Not so strange considering Dale has been a professional dancer for more than 18 years. In that life he worked with renowned ballet companies in both Canada and the United States as well as with touring Broadway companies and as an original cast member for Celine Dion’s Las Vegas show ‘A New Day’. Dale is now retired from full time dancing, but occasionally he still likes to go back on stage and perform, as he did with Martha Wash in her ‘Its Raining Men’ performance.
Like Andre Deloach, Dale Rowse is kind of a hybrid and in being so he has created his own pas de deux. Even though dancing is in his DNA, he has decided at the age of 40 to start a whole new career and bravely embarked on a graphic design study, specializing in tattoo and logo design and creation. And is that is not all, he also boldly decided that he could make a career out of modeling, and we believe he might be very right at that as well. Like Andre, Dale follows his inner vision and he does what gives hi pleasure. And when he does it, he does it with the enthusiasm and determination that separates the great from the good. Just as he did when he was dancing, and just as Andre Deloach does when he is photographing. –BM-
