THE SECRET IN SELLING IS TO HAVE A GOOD SALES PERSON. SOMEONE WHO CONNECTS WITH YOU. WHO UNDERSTANDS WHAT YOU WANT AND WHO SHOWS KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HE IS SELLING. IF HE ON TOP OF THAT IS NOT SO BAD TO THE EYE, AND POSSIBLY A BIT CHARMING, GUARANTEED YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE A SUCCES. SOME ONE LIKE THAT CAN SELL EVERYTHING.
Danny Perez Jr. is a real estate agent in Beverly Hills. Not the worst place to sell houses I would think. Danny is a good sales man. Why? Let’s see if he lives up to the criteria, shall we. Danny’s interest in becoming a real estate agent was cultivated by his obsession with architecture and design. As a child he used to draw floor plans his own dream home that he than would present to his parents encouraging them to buy a plot of land in the hope they would build his house. That and the fact that his grandparents were very active in the property sales market makes Danny a man with experience and knowledge, and he is able to present buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles real estate market with great enthusiasm. Check.
26 years old, a passionate surfer and addicted to Crossfit trainings, Danny Perez Jr. has everything it takes to make heads turn. Indeed he is a good looking guy, which he has put to good use in building an interesting modeling portfolio, working with photographers such as Michael McCloud, Rick Day, Tony Duran and Matthias Brandt, whose pictures grace our digital page today. Yes, Danny is definitely good eye candy and that is something that never has hurt the selling business before. So here to he lives up to the expectation. Check.
The last criteria is charm. And here we fall a bit short, since we never met Danny in person. But if we have to believe photographer Matthias Brandt, and why shouldn’t we, Danny Perez Jr. has most enchanting personality. Even though living and working in West Hollywood, Danny had never done a beach shoot before but eagerly accepted the idea. The day Matthias and Danny met up in Malibu, it was pretty cold for a summer morning. But excited by the idea to shoot at a place where so many great photographers, such as Herb Ritts, worked before, Danny had no problem getting in the mood and warming up. Even when dressed in nothing but a burlap. Kind and eager, and on top of that a boyish look to kill for and we can safely say that in the charm area, Danny scores as well. Check.
After his Summer in the Golden Gate Park, this is Matthias Brandt’s second feature on BeautifulMag. It is not hard to see that Matthias really loves his California scenery and rightfully so he uses it as a backdrop for his sublime photography work. It is also not hard to see Matthias was doubtless charmed by Danny Perez Jr. We just hope for Matthias he left his chequebook at home. If not he probably ended up with a new house or two. –BM-
