LIFE IS LIKE A DANCE. IT TAKES A LITTLE TO GET USED TO IT, TO MASTER ITS STEPS, BUT ONCE YOU DO IT CAN BE A LOT OF FUN. YOU SWIRL AND YOU PROMENADE. SOMETIMES YOU GO WITH A PARTNER, OTHER TIMES SOLO OR IN A GROUP. SOMETIMES THE PATTERNS ARE SIMPLE, OTHER TIMES INTEGRATE AND COMPLICATE. BUT WHATEVER IT IS, ITS EXHILARATING AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT.

Piotr Kopertowski is 26 years old and refers to himself as “young fresh meat” in London. Originally from Poland, Piotr arrived in the British capital only 3 month ago. Now it is always a bit scary when you immigrate to another country, and especially moving to a metropolis such as London can be overwhelming. Not for Piotr though. It seems like the moment he stepped off his plane, his life has been a whirlwind of exciting new things. I’m not saying the dance of life was boring for Piotr before, but he definitely entered a who new stage when he arrived in the United Kingdom. And adventurous as he is, he doesn’t take it step by step. He has jumped in full speed ahead.

Piotr Kopertowski is a busy man. He is a graduated sports instructor from the Academy of Physical Education from the city of Poznań. He is also a graduate of International Relations which he studied at the Higher School of Economics in that same city. Two very different career paths you might say, but what is even more surprising is the Piotr mostly works as art and graphic designer, and has, in that role, already enjoyed exhibitions in both Poland and other European countries. Of course Piotr doesn’t neglect his earlier studies and happily works also as qualified dance and fitness instructor, personal trainer and trainer TRX. It almost is to much to follow, but Piotr seems very capable to keep his balance and put one foot in front of the other.

If his sports career and his activities in arts and design were not enough, Piotr Kopertowski has also ventured on the path of international modeling. And it was in that particular role that he met Dylan Rosser. Working with Dylan was a whole new experience for Piotr: “Dylan is one of the best photographer for me. He just wrote me a message with an offer a few months ago, and I thought, why not. It was for me a little stressful though as I have never been totally naked front of the camera before, but I made it.” May we just add to that he not only made it, but where male nude photography can be a slippery patch, Piotr danced through it with grace and class. Able to add this to his ever-growing list of activities, Piotr has already stepped into a new direction again. Several actually. Not only has he started to work as a photographer himself a few weeks ago, he also turned his graphic work successfully into clothes design and launched his own brand Private Jetwear. Yes, Piotr Kopertowksi dances the dance of life and he fully enjoys it. –BM-
