Yoga and Pilates

MADONNA IS KNOWN AND CRITIZED (WHAT ELSE IS NEW) ABOUT HER EXPLANATION ON HOW TO STAY FIT. SOME FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT A WOMAN OF 54 CAN STILL BE MORE FLEXIBLE THAN MOST PEOPLE HALF HER AGE AND CLAIM TO OWE IT ALL TO YOGA AND PILATES. OF COURSE SHE DOES A BIT MORE THAN THAT IN HER 2-HOUR WORK OUT REGIME BY DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK, BUT IT IS TRUE THAT EARLIER MENTIONED EXERCISES ARE AT THE BASE OF HER GREAT SHAPE.

In contrary to what many believe, Yoga and Pilates are not only for relaxation. Many already know about the benefits of yoga and the many different forms in which it exists. But Pilates too is a whole-body fitness form that helps to gain, and maintain, a great shape, not to mention improve your ability to sleep and your sex life. Madonna is known for her dedication to both exercise regimes, but she is far from being the only one. Another passionate practiser of Yoga and Pilates is Nigel Malcolm.

Nigel Malcolm is 25 years old and lives in Montreal, Canada. One might say he has a classic beauty. Looking at his face it almost seems to be symmetrical, which is a rare beauty characteristic. Indeed, Nigel has a magical attraction and that has brought him to start working as a model for photography and art classes at the early age of 19 already. Standing 1m83/6’0” tall he also seems to have the correct height for modeling. More over, Nigel has a great body. Not overly muscled but harmoniously shaped and in perfect balance. In his 6 years modeling career the combination of all that has brought him assignment with a large variety of renowned photographers.

Nigel Malcolm does not only practice Yoga and Pilates, he teaches it. And his perfect shape is the best possible advertising he could wish for. Does one need to have any further proof that Yoga and Pilates are more than just exercises for the mind? Nigel is also a massage therapist and funny enough was able to combine all his passions while learning to become one, as he functioned also as model for his massage therapy class, demonstrating his body’s musculature. I have to admit, if I had any questions about practicing Yoga or Pilates myself, having a trainer such as Nigel would throw all my doubts out of the window. Oh and by the way, we have some other pictures of this beautiful Canadian that seem to take away any feeling of skepticism about relaxation and improved sexuality due to Pilates as well. Let suffice by saying Nigel has no reason to complain.

The man responsible for making Nigel looking so good in these photos is the photographer who goes through his professional life under the name H2H-Images. Fascinated by male beauty since his youth he started his artistic career doing sketches. An art that subsequently developed in an interest in painting. But it eventually became more and more obvious for H2H-images that his artistic expression should start with the real thing. And so he turned to photography. Though photography is not his primary job, he does spend as much time as possible to the art and improves his skills with every shoot he organizes. Often his images are intended to be both formalistic and erotic and the artist strives to reveal the model being himself. I'd say he succeeded doing exactly that with Nigel Malcolm –BM-
