Ah well, can't have everything. lol

I have to wonder why so many male models have a number of tattoos. I understand the need for artistic expression and what have you, but the bodies that most models have is just as much a sculpted work of art (if not, more so) than an entire body of tattoos. The effort put into creating the male form that these men have decided to show us via the photographer's lens is, in my opinion, a more appreciable work of art than tattoos could ever be (with the exception of sentimental, cultural (i.e. tribal), or otherwise meaningful tattoos).

Not that I don't like tattoos on a guy, I do, well, to a point. However, in these kinds of photo sets, I think they detract and distract rather than enhance.
